RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the product you received is damaged or you received the wrong item or color, we apologize for this and will send you a new one at no additional cost.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we only accept returns if the box has not been opened and/or the product has not been used. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of purchase. The refund will be processed once the product has been received and the conditions have been verified as indicated above (unopened and/or used item). Shipping costs are not refunded.

MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER
